The AACI only has access to information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail, forms, or other direct contact from you. The AACI is the sole owner of this information. The AACI will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease this information to anyone. The AACI employs reasonable security measures to protect this information.
The AACI will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside our organization, other than what is as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order
The AACI may contact you via e-mail in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services. However, you may opt out at any time via the “unsubscribe” option that is available at the bottom of the email.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
The AACI utilizes outside vendors such as PayPal to process credit card payments. Such activities are subject to the privacy policies of the credit card processors. The credit card processor does not share any credit card information with The AACI other than information necessary to process the payment including name, address, and email used to acknowledge payment. No credit card data is provided to The AACI by the credit card processor. The AACI does not maintain any credit card information on The AACI server(s) or individual computers.
The AACI also utilizes third party software to design, deliver, and manage The AACI Online tests. The AACI uses third party software to manage the entire AACI membership processes. Such activities are subject to the privacy policies of the third party software vendors.
